Rainer is graduate of the University of Vienna (PhD Psychology, Master Sociology), he is also Clinical and Health Psychologist, Occupational Psychologist and Psychotherapist (Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy). He coordinates the topic of Health Promotion and Prevention at the Department of Health and Society. His main area of work is health promotion in health services. He is also responsible for the implementation of Health Promotion Management at the Austrian Public Health Institute.
