The WHO Collaborating Centre for Health Promotion in Hospitals and Health Services has been re.-designated in June 2019. Following Terms of reference were agreed upon with WHO:
- TOR 1: At request of WHO to generate knowledge on policy development and implementation of practice to support WHOs objective to ensure that health promoting health care settings (HPHC) become an integral part of UHC.
- TOR 2: At request of WHO to support knowledge translation of available evidence and practice of health promoting health care settings (HPHC) to contribute to WHOs aim to further the implementation of HPHC in the European Region.
- TOR 3: In agreement with and support to WHO to promote sharing and dissemination of knowledge, best practice and available resources on policy development and practical implementation of health promoting health care settings (HPHC).
